Microsoft Excel™
Learn advanced functions and formulas of MS Excel in this three-part series. Simplify your work, perform what-if scenarios, display complex data in pivot tables, and improve the integrity of your data. Learn how to use Solver and Goal Seek to find optimum solutions, use lists like mini-databases, create user-friendly input tools. Sign up for individual modules, or register for the series and save!
Module 1: Basics
Get started with Excel! Learn how to create, modify, print, and format worksheets; work with basic formulas and functions; enhance worksheets using backgrounds, graphics and diagrams; use templates, styles, and AutoFormats; and use Find and Replace.
Module 2: Formulas and Functions
Focus on the advanced features of Excel that help businesses work smarter. The emphasis is on working in multiple worksheets and workbooks, using advanced functions, using advanced formatting and printing features, filtering data, working with charts, and naming cells, formulas, and ranges. Topics include data protection, integration with other applications, and the Web.
Module 3: Data Lists and Pivot Tables
Course content includes data validation techniques; data filtering and sorting; pivot tables and charts; use of Excel’s auditing and what-if analysis tools.

Microsoft Word™
Learn how to develop your own templates and forms and understand auto-text, merge, and macros functions. The series is for business professionals who would like to improve their word processing skills.
Module 1: Basics
This module will show students the fundamentals of Microsoft Word. Topics include character formatting, paragraph formatting, and page formatting.
Module 2: Intermediate
Module 2 is designed for the Word user who is proficient with the basics of the program. Topics include section breaks, styles, columns, tables, headers and footers.
Module 3: Templates, Forms, and Merging
This is an advanced workshop, designed for those who have upper-level experience with Microsoft Word.
